Chad Lesman- President

27 years as a Special Education teacher with Grafton Integrated Health Network’s  Winchester, VA region before retiring from teaching; 2 years as a Youth Services Specialist with  Loudoun County, VA government’s Youth Services Department-current; Part-time real estate  agent with RE/MAX Roots-Winchester, VA-current; Member of TEENS, Inc. board of directors for  over 12 years.  

 

Bryan Teeter- Secretary

Board member for 10 years. Grafton Integrated Health Network for a total of 19  years, as an assistant for 7 years and the remainder as a vocational teacher, getting students out  and working in the community.

 

Sara Westfall: Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services Counseling and a MS degree in  Occupational and Technical Education from Old Dominion University. MS degree in  Rehabilitation Counseling from WVU and is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. Sara worked for  Grafton School for 11 years where she was a vocational specialist and an academic teacher.  

 

John Lamanna: Dr. Of Education; 2022 Acting Executive Director: Sinclair Medical Clinic 8/2022- 1/23: Interim Superintendent: Frederick County Public Schools; 8/2023 -12/23 Interim  Superintendent: Clarke County Public Schools; 2/2026 - present Interim Clinical Coordinator  Laurel Center. 

 

Vanessa Lane: Chief Administrative Officer at Grafton School since 2018, Manager of Accounts  Receivable 2011-2018. Manager of Accounts Receivable at Centerstone 1993-2011 MBA in  Healthcare Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.  

 

Shawn McClosky: Master’s Degree- Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University; has worked in various  management positions in the Department of Transportation since 2010.  

 

Terri Pearce: Direct support - lead residential instructor-Grafton Integrated Health Network 

 

Elyus Wallace: Community outreach professional with the Winchester City Sheriff’s Office and a  former member of the Winchester School Board, dedicated to supporting youth through  mentorship, education, and early intervention. Background in juvenile detention and over 20  years of service as a volunteer firefighter and EMT.

 

Roger Younker: BA from Shepherd University 1984; 36 years in the Development Services field;  28 years in Case Management; 2 years in Individualized Supported Employment
